House. C16 incorporating remains of C14 cross-wing and with C17 extensions. Timber
framed and plastered with frame exposed externally. Red plain tile roof. 2 storeys.
L shaped plan, with remains of original cross-wing at left, extended forward in early
C17. 1, 2 window range modern leaded casements. C20 gabled porch. Mid C16 red brick
chimney stack, rebuilt at top. Internally are stop chamfered floor joists and beams,
and roll moulded mantel beam. Moated site. (RCHM 5).
