C16 timber-framed and plastered house built on an L shaped plan with wings
extending to the north and east. Two storeys. The upper storey is jettied
on the west front at slightly varying levels. Four window range, mainly casements.
The ground storey has 2 double-hung sash windows and at the south end of the
west front the ground storey is built out in brick (painted). Roof tiled,
hipped at the north end. (RCHM 6).
