House, now divided into 2 properties. C16, reworked C19. Substantial close-
studded timber framed structure. Main block encased in C19 brick with
colourwashed render. Cross-wing has ground floor rebuilt in C19 brick with
colourwashed render, framing exposed to first floor with colourwashed plaster
infill. Clay tile roofs. T-plan, one storey attics,cross-wing jettied to
rear. C20 one storey and attics extensions to both RH and LH. No. 15 (Main
Block): 2 ground floor windows, 3 gabled dormers, all with C20 casements with
glazing bars. C20 door to RH. Garage doors to C20 LH bay. Red brick double
ridge stack. No. 17 (RH cross-wing): one sash window to each floor, C20
plank door to LH. Rear jetty has moulded fascia board. C20 RH addition has
garage doors to ground floor and gabled dormer to attic. Red brick chimney
stack to RH side of wall of cross-wing. Interior: cross-wing retains moulded
beam to ground room.
