Rectory of late C17 origins, much altered C19. Partly roughcast limestone rubble,
Welsh slate roof. Two storeys and attics. South (garden) elevation has central
gabled attic dormer high in slope, three first floor sashes with glazing bars
above first floor band. Ground floor central doorway, roundheaded archway with
rusticated surround and moulded imposts. Similar roundheaded French windows to
left hand; canted bay window to right hand. Northern (rear) elevation has two
gables with each having 2-light casement; three first floor windows; lean-to
ground floor additions. Spinney Hill, formerly part of the Rectory, now separate
house. C19. Limestone rubble and Welsh slates. Two storeys and attics. South
elevation has two box dormers high in roof slope; a gabled dormer half across
eaves line and a large half-hipped square oriel on brackets at first floor; French
windows on ground floor. Blocked window in first floor of eastern gable end.
