Former Lodge to Ouse Manor, dated 1840 on northern bargeboard. In vernacular
Picturesque style. Coursed limestone rubble, old clay tile roof. Two room
plan. One storey and attics. Central front door under gabled hood with
cusped bargeboards and drop finial, flanked by two windows with ornate
valances, under square hood moulds. North gable end has similar window on
first floor, with 3-light bay on ground floor. Pair of central octagonal
stacks. Dated bargeboard has large cusps and drop finial.
