C18 house of coursed limestone rubble with modern concrete tile roof. Two
storeys. Two 3-light leaded casements in ribbed frames and under flat arches
to each floor. Central ribbed door surround with bracketed cornice hood. On
the L.H. side this building adjoins Watson's Stores in Park Road.
