Mid C19. Red brick, Welsh slated roof with bracketed dentil cornice. 2 storeys,
canted bay on right, 1:3 segmentally arched sash windows. Good doorway, of earlier
style, lids 6 panelled door, 4 panels fielded, 2 flush, oblong fanlight with curved
ornamental glazing bars, panelled reveal, pilasters, frieze with paterae, cornice
hood. Included for doorway.

Nos 47, 47A, 49 & 49A form a group with No 45, which is of local interest.
