Late C19 town house. Luton grey bricks, Welsh slate roof. Wide, bracketed
eaves. Projecting brick quoins. Facade has 2 sashes to each of 3 storeys
above basement. Second floor has plain architrave surrounds to windows with
bracketed cills. First and ground floor sashes have shouldered, round-headed
architraves. Cast iron railings between 2 brick piers separate pavement from
well in front of facade.
