Dating back to C13 or C14. This section has clunch ground floor with pointed Gothic
arches. Timber framed first floor once used as a chapel. Fine crown post roof
with carved wooden corbels. Altered and extended C17 and added to C19 and C20.
Red brick. Two storeys. Old clay tile roof. Modern leaded lights with mullions
and transome. Central projecting gable and slightly projecting gable to right
are cement rendered and have half-hipped roofs. Red brick stack with 3 diamond
plan shafts and moulded caps. Other 2 stacks of this type rebuilt.
