Morton Farmhouse
II
Late C17/early C18. Rendered. Double Roman tiled roof. Two storeys. Four windows;
3- and 4-light casement; 2 with ovolo moulded mullions; decorative iron catches and
rails. Central 2 storey porch with hipped roof; plank door.
Two rear wings; one a former dairy with 1½ storeys.
Interior:
Formerly cross passage with rooms to either side, now much altered. Ovolo moulded
beams. Four to room over porch has 3 planks with moulded covered strips and strap
hinges.
