Farmhouse, now divided into 3 flats. Late C17 with 1742 alterations (datestone:
B/G/1742 on right-hand range). Squared and coursed dressed stone with flush
rusticated stone quoins, openings and copings, double Roman tile roofs. L-shaped
plan with porch in angle. 2 storeys. Windows to right-hand range parallel to
road are ovolo-moulded cross-mullions, those to the ground floor with flush
relieving arches. Continuous string courses to first floor and below eaves.
Gable-headed 2-storey porch with apex finial. Range set at right-angles has
similar C17 string courses but 16-pane sashes to outer bay, one 12-pane sash to
ground floor next to porch and blind window above. Offset right-hand doorway
with moulded architrave doorcase with open pediment and fluted Doric columns and
6-panel door. Several tall ridge stacks: some rendered, others of stone with
moulded caps. West facade has projecting 3-storey bay with C19 segmental-headed
fenestration and sundial with 1684 date. Interior. Inaccessible.
