Detached house, now subdivided. Mid - late C17, altered. Facing south is
Mulberry House. Rendered; pantiled roof; rendered stacks. 2 storeys and
attics in 3 gabled dormers. 3 bays: C20 2- and 3-light casement windows;
2-light casement window in west gable end with ovolo moulded mullions and
surrounds. Central C20 door in gabled porch Interior: stop-chamfered beams;
rear newel stair (tower) with solid treads. Facing west and north is Mulberry
Cottage. Rendered; double Roman tiled roof; rendered stacks. 2 storeys and
attics in a steep stone gable. Single bay to east elevation, 2 to north
elevation: 2-, 3- and 4-light casement windows, one with ovolo moulded mullions
and surrounds on ground floor of each elevation; glazing bar sash window to left
of north elevation. Central C20 door and lean-to conservatory to north;
blocked doorway to east. Interior: stop-chamfered beams; extended collar beam
truss in the roof.
