Circa 1880-90 Bradford Water Board lodge at entrance to the reservoir grounds and the Dean. Cross plan, one-storey and attic. Gable end steep pitched roofs with scalloped barge-boards ie still in the Picturesque build. Windows to east and west gable ends, diamond panelling to friezes below weathered copings. Otherwise two-light mullioned-transomed casements. Lean-to verandah porch on cast iron clustered shafts.
