SP 82 NE SOULBURY HIGH ROAD

House. Mid-late C18 L-plan, altered C19, with remains of C17
bay to rear. C18 part is of red and vitreous brick, part
chequered, part with diaper patterning, and has moulded plinth and
first floor band course. Eaves raised C19, slate roof, C18 brick
chimney to rear. 2 storeys, attic and cellar, 3 bays. Altered
paired wooden casements with horizontal glazing bars and segmental heads.
Central door with 2 flush panels, rectangular fanlight with irregular
glazing bars, and segmental head. Paired wooden casements to
attic gables. Left gable has pair of blocked windows to each
floor. Right gable has similar blocked windows to ground floor and also
a cellar window. Altered C17 bay to rear is timber framed with
herringbone brick infill and has C20 flat roof.
