Part of the Sutton Coldfield College of Further Education. Early C20 in Georgian
style. Stone dressed red brick, tall hipped tiled roof with modillioned cornice.
1 storey, 6 sash windows with glazing bars under flat arches with keystones.
Windows set in shallow round arched panels. Central projection with segmental
pediment and pedimented door surround under stone panel. Octagonal cupola astride
roof ridge.
