A well known coaching inn. 3 storey, 4 windows, sash, now without glazing
bars. Cl8 plastered front with wide porch, with elongated Tuscan columns,
to central carriage way. Added square ground floor bays. 2nd floor band.
Parapet. Slates. Originally the mediaeval Manor House of Courtenays.

Nos 103 to 107 (odd), New Dolphin Hotel, Nos 111 to 115 (odd) and Nos 119
to 125 (odd) form a group.
