Detached house. Early C19, possibly incorporating earlier work. Ham stone coursed rubble, with ashlar projection on
east side; hipped Welsh slate roof over stone slate base courses; yellow brick chimney stacks. 'L'- plan; 3 and 2
storeys, east elevation 3 bays, of which 2 bays are the ashlar projection. Sash windows in plain openings, mostly
12-pane but glazing bars partly removed to upper bays 2 and 3; door in deep architraved recess lower bay 1. On north
elevation are 16-pane sash windows to upper floor, with 6-panel door in plain opening to ground floor; on west side a
2-storey with attic extension with coped west gable, also having 16-pane sash windows. Interior not seen.
