Cottage. Early C17 with C18 and C20 extension and alterations.
Timber frame with brick infill and brick; thatched roof, half
hipped at ends. L plan with C17 block running east-west, C18
extension on west end and C20 extension at right angles on west
end, outshut to north of C17 block. One and a half storeys; 3 eaves
dormers cut into thatch on south; ridge chimney in centre of C17 block
and chimney in centre of C20 block. South Elevation:- C20 block
breaks forward to left with two 2-light casements above one French
casement; one 2-light casement and door under flat hood in C18 extension;
two bays of timber frames C17 block to right with irregular C20 casements,
one 3-light metal casement in left bay, one 1-light casement in right hay
flanking door in gabled weatherboarded porch.
