Mid C19, circa 1857 by George Devey as the school house of his adjoining
school, now known as St Mary's Church of England School and somewhat altered.
Main walling red brick with yellow brick diapering, square rubble base,
upper walling colour washed pebbledash. Red tiled roof, gabled with diagonally
set shafts in groups above red brick chimney stacks. 2 storeys, irregular
plan, casements flush set, some with wood mullions and transoms.
