House. Late C17 with C19 and C20 alterations. Timber framed and roughcast
rendered. Tarred brick plinth. Thatched roof. Red brick, central ridge
stack. Two storeys, lobby entry plan with gable end outshut to north. C20
red brick gabled porch. Two ground floor and two first floor three-light
casement windows. Interior: Sealed hearths. The house was formerly 'The Pig
and Whistle' public house.
