Estate workshops and living accommodation, c1890, probably by Douglas. Sandstone rubble with slate roofs. 2 storeys, with mullioned windows. Bothy cottage, which forms the south side of the courtyard, has a wide workshop entrance in its north wall. Above is a 2-light window. Its wall has a 3-light ground-floor window and a 4-light gabled dormer. The west wall of the building which forms the east side of the courtyard has a wide sliding door. Above is a gabled attic dormer with 3-light window. A wide chamfered opening with round arch forms a passageway through the buildinq. The northern building has a 2-light window in its west gable wall. Above it on the 1st floor is a similar window. To the left is a doorway with moulded surround and shaped lintel. On the ridge of the roof is a timber louvre. All the gables have copings, mostly with ball finials.
