Garden shelter at
Tyrell's Hall

Garden shelter. Early C19. Timber framed, stuccoed with slate roof and
coved eaves. Half-round plan. Open, three bay Roman Doric arcade supporting
a plain entablature. The slatted wood garden seat is in a shallow recess
with a segmental arch. The floor is paved. Probably built by the Woodham
family following enclosure in 1823. It is shown on the Tithe Map, 1844.
