Farmhouse and attached outbuildings. Dated 1710, with later alterations.
House rendered, outbuildings of rubble, with stone slate roofs. 2 storeys,
3 first-floor windows with single-storey outbuildings projecting forward at
either end. House: central C20 door in ashlar surround. Above, on first
floor, door lintel removed from rear elevation, with recessed panel and
raised lettering "IAB 1710". Sash windows with glazing bars in stone
surrounds, the bay to left perhaps the fire-windows to the left room.
Stacks at ends and between bays 1 and 2. Outbuildings: quoins. To each a
round-arched cart opening of rubble voussoirs with hood-mould, that to left
with garage doors, that to right blocked. Hipped roof. On left return of
right outbuilding, 2 double pairs of bee-boles. North Yorkshire and
