Farmhouse. Early C17 with earlier C16 fragments. Rubblestone with ashlar
dressings, graduated stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Chamfered
plinth, quoins. Half-glazed door with stone lintel between bays 1 and 2
which have C20 casements with chamfered sills. Bay 3 has a 3-light 24-pane
side-sliding sash with projecting sill; to right a 6-pane side-sliding sash
set in a moulded chamfered surround. First floor: three 3-light moulded
chamfered mullioned windows. Shaped kneeler and stone coping to right. End
stacks and one to ridge. Left return has a 3-light traceried window to
ground floor under chamfered stringcourse; a 3-light mullioned window with
hood-mould to first floor and a 2-light mullioned window with drip-mould in
gable; all are blocked in.
