Farmhouse. C18 with C17 origins. Slobbered rubble, stone dressings, stone slate roof. Two storeys, 3 bays. Entrance to left of centre has plain jambs of milled stone on square blocks and a plain lintel with a gabled hood consisting of 2 stone slabs on shaped brackets. C20 4-panelled door. Two ground floor windows, both of 3-lights with plain surrounds of milled stone and recessed flat-faced mullions. Central upper floor window has a slightly projecting surround. Flanking windows are the same as the ground floor but with 2 lights. All windows have C20 casements and fixed lights. Stone modillions at eaves. Right cable end ridge stack of coursed dressed stone. Rubble ridge stack to left of entrance. Rear includes ground floor C17 double-chamfered window and upper floor round-headed window with double chamfered jambs and stone voussoirs.
