Formerly part of Fall View (qv), now separate cottage. Probably mid C18 with early
C19 alterations. Slobbered rubble, stone dressings, stone slate roof. 2 storeys,
1 bay. Right-hand entrance has plain surround; C20 6-panel door. Left-hand ground
floor window has plain surround; 16-pane sashes. Upper floor C18 2-light flat-faced
mullioned window; sashes. Right-hand pilaster marks junction with Fall View (qv).
Left-hand gable end ridge stack.
