House. Late C18/early C19 with probable early C18 origins and C20
outshut. Pinkish-brown brick and ashlar dressings with pantile roof
Central hallway plan. 2 storeys, 3 first floor windows. 3-course
plinth. Step to 6-panel door under oblong fanlight in pilastered
doorcase with frieze and cornice. Unequally-hung 9-pane sashes in
flush wood architraves with stone cills and wedge lintels with
fluted keystones. Stepped eaves. Ashlar kneelers and coping to
gable ends. End stacks. Interior. Chamfered beams to most ceilings,
with carved stops to left ground floor room. Chamfered bressummer
beams to kitchen and dining room fireplaces.
