House, originally police station. Mid C19. Gault brick; slate
roof. 2 storeys in 3-window range. Rusticated quoins to north
and south. 2 half-glazed doors, that to left under a rendered
and painted gauged arch, that to right within stuccoed
doorcase with consoles beneath hood. Either side of this door
is one unhorned sash without glazing bars set beneath rendered
and painted gauged arches. Two 6/6 unhorned sashes to first
floor, and, to left, a blind painted window. Dentil eaves
cornice. Gabled roof hipped to south. Stack removed.
INTERIOR: stick-baluster staircase.
