Vine Cottage

Farmhouse. Early C18 timber-framed north wing extended by
early C19 gault brick south front. Timber frame plastered and
colourwashed. Roofs of black-glazed pantiles.
2 storeys. South front is 3-window range. Central 6-panelled
door, the upper two panels glazed. C20 gabled trellis porch.
One 2-light late C20 casement right and left under gauged
skewback arches. 3 similar first-floor casements, that to
centre narrower. Eaves cornice with double mutules. Gabled
roof with internal gable-end stacks. North wing with 2-light
late C20 casements. North end contains integral dairy. Gabled
roof with central gault-brick ridge stack.
