C18. 2 storeys, brick, 2-1-2 sashes, stone quoins and central Venetian window.
Stone cornice, brick parapet and pediment with stone coat-of-arms. 2 pedimented
dormers, Office wing on right at right angles to house; 2 storeys, brick,
2-3-2 sashes, central slight projection under pediment with oeil-de-boeuf;
central half-round window on 1st floor with ornamental glazing bars. Parapet,
pantiles. Rear:- 2 storeys, brick, 3-1-3-1 sashes. Stone architraves
and quoins, cornice, balustrade and pedimented Ionic doorcase containing
doorway with round fanlight, and two narrow flanking sash windows. Pediment
with oeil-de-boeuf in stone frame. Brick parapet, 2 pedimented dormers
in red tile roof. Interior of house has good original staircase and possibly
other features.
