Estate cottage. Early-mid C19. Reputedly by Edward Blore. Pinkish-brown brick with plain tile roof. Two storeys, three first floor windows with single storey, single bay ranges to front and rear. Off-centre entrance a six-fielded panel door. Mainly 24-pane tripartite sliding sashes, with flat ashlar lintels and sills. Otherwise tripartite mullion windows under segmental heads. Two-course, first-floor band. Hipped roof. Ridge and side stacks.
