House, end of a terrace, early-mid C18. Coursed herringbone-tooled sandstone.
Pantiled roof with stone coping and kneeler, brick chimney. 2 storeys on full base-
ment, revealed by removal of building in front, 1 bay. Basement blank; entrance to
rear. Ground floor 12-pane fixed light with central opening section; first floor
early C19 12-pane sash. Traces of earlier, probably stone-mullioned, windows. Left
end chimney.
