Two storeys, 5 windows. Plain parapet has central pediment with oculus. Bands
at first floor and eaves level, with two pilasters between. Sash windows with
glazing bars. Open-pedimented central Doric doorcase with patterned fanlight.
One-storey side wings of one bay with parapet fronts.
