Farmhouse. Early C19, probably with earlier origins; C20 modernisation and
extension. Coursed rubble limestone with rear extensions in brick; slate
roof with brick stacks. Central-entry plan, with former service wing to
left. 6-panel door beneath divided overlight flanked by 16-pane sashes.
C20 glazed extension to ground floor of wing. All first-floor windows are
unequal 12-pane sashes. Blocked window over door. Painted stone sills to
all windows and wedge lintels to unaltered ground-floor openings. End
stacks, and end left stack to wing. Gable wall to right: flight of external
steps leads to a plank loft door with timber lintel.
