GV II
House. Early - mid C19 with C20 alteration and extension. Chiselled
sandstone with sandstone ashlar dressings; slate roof with brick stacks.
Central-stairhall plan, I 1/2 rooms deep; rear extension added. Centre
panelled door with overlight, within rusticated door-case with cornice. 12-
pane sashes throughout. Stone sills and flat arches with triple keystones
to ground floor. Flat arches to first-floor windows and raised sill band.
End stacks rise through hipped roof.
