Former school teacher's house, now house. Probably early C19 with later
alterations including re-roofing. Hammer-dressed limestone with ashlar
dressings, Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Central board door. 16-
pane sashes with wedge lintels. Hipped roof with overhanging eaves. Centre
stack. South facade: 2 bays, one first-floor window. Board door in plain
surround with stepped keystone. 2-light windows have wooden mullion and
paired sashes in keyed surrounds.
