Cartshed and stable or byre, with dovecote above. c.1800. Lower part in
coursed cobble and sandstone rubble; upper part in red brick in English
garden wall bond. Pantile roof. Square on plan. 2 storeys, 1 bay.
Board sliding door with long timber lintel at right. Vented band of open
brickwork at loft level. Above, semicircular recessed panel containing
doveholes and landing platforms. Left return: cart opening with long
timber lintel, now closed with large-pane window. Similar dovehole panel
above, in gable end. Canted ground floor corner between front and left
return, beneath jettied upper floor. Right return: partly obscured by
1-storey range of outbuildings which encloses ground floor stable door,
and small plank door to loft. Range of outbuildings not of special
interest.
