Farmhouse. Dated 1801. Coursed squared stone, ashlar, graduated stone
slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Quoins. Central half-glazed door in plain
stone surround. Above, a bracketed solid stone pedimented hood on which
there is an inscription "CMP 1801". All windows have 4-pane sashes in plain
stone surrounds, that above door is blind. Shaped kneelers, stone coping,
end stacks.
