House. Late C18 - early C19. Coursed squared gritstone, graduated stone
slates. 2 storeys, 2 x 2 bays. Plinth and quoins. Central half-glazed, 4-
panel door under deep flat corniced hood. Flanking C20 windows in flush
stone surrounds with projecting sills; similar but smaller windows to first
floor. Shaped kneelers, gable copings, banded end stacks. Interior not
inspected at resurvey. Included for group value.
