6/44 The Old Post House

GV II

House. Mid C18 with later alterations. Stuccoed with pantile roof. 2 storeys.
2 bays. Central 4-panel door with overlight. To right a small late C19 shop
window with plinth, frieze and cornice. Other windows are 4-pane sashes with
stone sills. First-floor band. Eaves band. Shaped kneelers, stone coping
and rendered end stacks. Included for group value.
