Former shop on the corner of Market Place and Windross Square

Shop. Early C19. Red-brown local brick, cogged eaves. Pantile roof. Two
storeys. Corner site: 3 bays to square facing north, 2 facing west. Facing north:
2 half-glazed doors with oblong fanlights and painted lintels, 2 later bow windows
in wood surrounds. To 1st floor 16-pane sashes in flush wood architraves with
painted lintel with keyblock. Facing west: central 6-panel part-glazed door with
oblong fanlight with glazing bars and painted splayed lintel. Later bow window to
left and modern shop front to right. To 1st floor are 12-pane and one 16-pane sash
window in flush wood architrave.
