Estate cottage. Early-mid C19. Roughcast walls, stone slate roof. 2 storeys,
2-room plan with front porch and short wing to centre rear. Single-storey porch
has chamfered, pointed inner and outer doorways, decorative bargeboards. Flanking
3-light casements have deeply-chamfered surrounds and hoodmoulds. Half-dormers
above have 2-light windows and decorative bargeboards. Diagonally-set central
stack with brick shaft having stode tabling. Right return: door with canted bay-
window above supported on curved brackets and with stone roof. Scrolled
bargeboard to main roof. Left return similar, without door.
