Early C19 estate cottage. Two-storeys sandstone "brick" with chamfered quoins, stone
slate roof with coped gable ends, corniced chimneys. Plinth and band between storeys.
Two windows, 3 light square mullioned with raised edge surrounds. Similar doorway
with cornice over. Single-storey outbuilding with monopitched roof, chamfered
quoins; 2 light square mullioned side window; now used as garage.
