Early C19, probably built as a pair of cottages, altered mid C19 in association with
creation of Horton Park. Two-storeys, sandstone "brick". Stone slate roof, saddle-
stones to gable ends, corniced chimneys, block brackets to the eaves. First floor
sill band to road front. Single and 2 light square mullioned framed windows, plain
framed doorways. The gable ends have round headed attic windows in squared frames
with impost blocks to arches. Park front has 4 squared frame mid C19 sash windows.
Ground floor has pilastered mid to late C19 tea room front, the window and doorway
with common frieze and cornice.
