Part of school, now part of business premises. Mid to late C19.
Hammer-dressed stone with ashlar dressings. Welsh slate roof.
Single storey. One bay. Gothic style. The gable front has a large
4-light window with Decorated tracery with circles and trefoils.
Gable copings. The left return has a lower projecting gabled entrance
bay with arched doorway, and trefoil in apex. To the left of this
is a square porch with an entrance under a deep square hoodmould.
Alternating bands of plain and fishscale slating to roof.
