War memorial. Circa 1920. Larger than life bronze statue of an
infantryman on a 2-stage, rock-faced, grey-granite square base with
cornice. 3-step granite podium. Inscription on front in memory of
those men of Denholme who fell in the Great War. Names on bronze
tablets on the other three sides. Added to the front is a bronze
tablet in memory of those who fell in the 2nd World War.
