C17. Formerly one house. Stone in traditional manner. 2 storeys reducing
to one at rear with steep slope. Stone roof. Mullioned and transomed windows.
2-storeyed porch with round-arched doorway and elaborate gable (probably late
Cl7) 3 west windows now with modern easements and wall rendered (Haugh Shaw
Villa). One window to east of porch with label moulding to ground storey and
4 lights to lst floor. Plain 3-storeyed east wing (Haugh Shaw House) with
paired sash windows and gable.
Gable to rear with large chimney stack.
