Former large detached house now 2 houses, part of group. Dated 1742. Ashlar with
rusticated quoins. Stone slate roof with gable copings on moulded kneelers with
scroll pattern. Three ashlar stacks, 2 with mouldings. Two storeys and attic. The
2 dwellings form an L-shaped plan, and each has 3 bay symmetrical facade. No 21 has
sashes with slightly moulded surround and false keystone. Central door with very
decorative head and small cornice. No 31 has sashes and casements and central door
with shaped lintel inscribed: IK
