House, part of group, now divided. C17 or early C18 with C19
alterations. Rendered walls. Quoins. Stone slate roof with
gable copings on moulded kneelers. Two storeys. Central doorway
(No. 8) with one 4-light double chamfered window to left with two
mullions removed. Part of a hood mould over. Small recent extension
to right. Two single light C19 windows to 1st floor. Left gable is
part obscured by adjoining outbuilding. Part blocked doorway with
deep chamfered lintel, and tiny, chamfered fire-window to 1st floor.
The right gable, to the road, has a 4-light, double chamfered window to
ground floor, with two mullions removed. Hood mould over has square
stop to right end only. To 1st floor is a former 4-light double
chamfered window, now altered with recent head and two mullions.
