Detached public house. Dated 1669 with C19 wing to rear. Rendered
walls. Stone slate roof (turned) with chamfered gable copings on cut
kneelers. Central and gable stack, both altered. Two storeys.
Central doorway with elaborate ornamental datestone reading: IR GR

To its left is one 6-light double chamfered window with king mullion,
with two 3-light chamfered windows to 1st floor. To the right is one
3-light double chamfered window to each floor. One 2-light, blocked,
double chamfered window to right gable apex.
